Refund policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team at (213) 999-0319 or hello@ninjaplayfitness.com within four (4) weeks of delivery. A valid product serial number is required to initiate any return or refund request.

Return Eligibility

You may return your Ninja Play product within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was received.

  • It must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging/cartons.

  • All accessories, parts, hardware, and documentation must be included.

  • A serial number must be present.
    Products returned without a serial number will not be refunded or credited and will be discarded.

Items returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or showing excessive wear may incur additional restocking fees or may be deemed ineligible for a refund.

Return Fees

  • GRAVITYGYM: $500–$600 return shipping fee (location-dependent)

  • All other products: $40 return shipping fee

  • Restocking fee: 35% of the purchase price for all products

Shipping or delivery fees paid to receive the GRAVITYGYM are non-refundable due to its size and weight.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Ordinary wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or misassembly

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email hello@ninjaplayfitness.com.
If your return is approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items shipped back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.


Exchanges

To exchange a product, please complete the return process for the item you have. After the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

These items cannot be returned or refunded.


Warranty Policy

Limited Warranties apply only to indoor, in-home use at a single location. Any other use voids the Limited Warranty. Warranty coverage applies only to products that remain in possession of the original purchaser (or gift recipient).

A product serial number and original purchase invoice are required for all warranty claims. Labor fees are not included.

Warranty covers defects or malfunctions occurring during normal use only. Exclusions may apply, including damage from misuse, improper assembly, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

NinjaPilot & All Other Ninja Play Products

All NinjaPilot units and all non-GRAVITYGYM Ninja Play products include a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the original delivery date.
