ABOUT THE MACHINE
- How do I adjust the gravity loads?
Use the Motor Drive Adjustment knob located at the end of gravity load indicator to adjust the loads you need. Push LEFT - More assistance, reduce your bodyweight, closer to using 20% of your bodyweight as training loads. Push RIGHT - Less assistance, add back your bodyweight, closer to using 90% of your bodyweight as training loads. Adjust gravity load demo
- Not sure if the space I have at home can fit the G9.6 Gravity Gym?
Our G9.6 Gravity Gym only requires 4 square foot space with a 9-foot ceiling. It's a pretty standard size for all the homes and apartments. - Not sure if the G9.6 Gravity Gym is tall enough for people around 6' (183 cm) to perform any explosive pull-ups?
We do have an explosive pull-up demonstration with our member Ottavio : IG post. Ottavio is 6’ (183 cm) tall, he can reach the top rung without any problems for sure. But all the advanced agility training is more about your strength plus hand-eye coordination, in which your vertical motions won't follow exactly 90 degrees from the ground during all the movements. This is when the height won't affect much during more extensive pull-up training. - Do I have to use the support platform?
No. While you want to try the pull-ups without any assistance, you can always lock the platform with the Master Safety Lock (orange latch lock right above platform).
- Can I place the G9.6 Gravity Gym outdoors?
We recommend using it indoors.
The motor drive adjustment and the power connector in the back of the machine cannot handle water.
The recommended indoor ceiling clearance is 9'. It's a pretty standard height for most apartments and homes.
- Can I train dips on G9.6 Gravity Gym?
Yes. You are able to train ring dips with gymnastic rings on our G9.6 Gravity Gym. Ring Dips/Ring Fly demo
- How does G9.6 Gravity Gym secure the full plank position?
The Da Vinci Heel Control anchors (the 2 orange buttons located on the platform) assure your plank position. You can only start the pull when both of your heels stay on the 2 anchors.
- What's the difference between G9.6 Gravity Gym and resistance bands/machines with counterweight plates?
Training with Your Own Bodyweight.

When you are training on the G9.6 Gravity Gym, you can ration your energy to sustain the movements for longer, and go with very short rest intervals then train your muscular strength endurance.
- Is the assembly service included?
No, but we can schedule the 3rd party assembly service for you. Assembly service cost is not included either.
Assembly process is pretty easy, we recommend you take a look at our assembly tutorial videos before deciding on the service request.
- How does the delivery work?
Once you place the order, it will take 2-3 days to process your order and delivery arrangement. You will receive a shipping notification email once your order leaves our warehouse. When our carrier reaches the last-mile delivery, the carrier will contact you and schedule the delivery time and date through the phone number you provided at the checkout.
