The Freefall Training

GRAVITYGYM keeps gravity active while changing how much of your bodyweight you lift.

Step onto the moving platform, place both heels on the Da Vinci Heel Control Anchors, and select your gravity load. The platform follows your body as you pull up and lower down, while the anchors help keep your shoulders, hips, and heels aligned in a full vertical plank position.

Because your hands stay on the bar and your feet remain connected to the platform, your entire body works as one connected system. You generate every movement with your own strength, building muscle, core stability, coordination, and functional strength for everyday movement, sports, and advanced agility training.

How It Works

Earth’s gravity remains the same at 9.8 m/s². GRAVITYGYM does not remove gravity—it lets you control how much of your bodyweight you train with.

Choose a gravity load from 20% to 90% of your bodyweight. A lower percentage makes the movement lighter, while a higher percentage brings you closer to full-bodyweight training.

As your strength and control improve, increase the gravity load and progress from controlled pull-ups to dynamic grip changes, explosive jumps, ladder drills, and full-speed agility movements.

Find Your Fit

Adjustable Gravity Load :

20% – 90% of your bodyweight

Choose how much of your bodyweight you want to train with, from 20% to 90%. A lower percentage provides more assistance and makes the exercise easier. A higher percentage provides less assistance and brings you closer to lifting your full bodyweight.

Set Up & go
Freefall

GRAVITYGYM creates a freefall training experience through a floating platform that supports you from beneath your feet.

Step onto the platform, choose your training load, grip the bar, and begin. As you pull yourself up and lower yourself down, the platform moves with you—reducing the amount of bodyweight you need to lift while preserving the natural movement of a pull-up.

You still power every repetition with your own strength. GRAVITYGYM simply provides adjustable support, making bodyweight training easier to learn, control, and progressively strengthen.

How it works

GRAVITYGYM does not change Earth’s gravity. It changes your effective bodyweight during exercise.

Select a training load between approximately 20% and 90% of your bodyweight. Lower settings provide more support and a lighter movement. Higher settings provide less support, bringing you closer to unassisted bodyweight training.

From your first controlled pull-up to advanced strength and agility exercises, GRAVITYGYM helps you progress at the level that is right for you.

Full Vertical Plank

Build total-body strength from heels to hands.

GRAVITYGYM keeps your body upright and aligned in a vertical plank while you train. The Da Vinci Heel Control anchors on the platform and engages your legs as you press your heels down to activate the machine, helping your shoulders, back, core, glutes, and legs work together through every movement.

Instead of isolating one muscle at a time, each exercise trains the body as one connected system. This strengthens the core, supports spinal stability, improves posture and coordination, and builds functional strength for everyday movement, sports, and long-term mobility.

FAQs

What does the 20%–90% Gravity Load mean?

The gravity load shows how much of your bodyweight you are lifting during the exercise.

At a 20% gravity load, you lift approximately 20% of your bodyweight. At a 90% gravity load, you lift approximately 90% of your bodyweight, bringing you closer to a full-bodyweight pull-up.

Start at a lower gravity load to learn the movement, then increase the percentage as your strength and control improve.

*Machine frames can handle users weighing up to 330 lbs (150 kg). Users weighing between 309 and 330 lbs (140 and 150 kg) can use assisted loads ranging from 35% to 90%.

Why should I pay so much for GRAVITYGYM when a door- or wall-mounted pull-up bar costs far less?

Traditional door- or wall-mounted pull-up bars give you only one training load : your full bodyweight.

GRAVITYGYM is a complete bodyweight training system with an adjustable gravity load, a moving platform, multiple grip positions, an integrated ladder frame.

Beginners can start with a lighter bodyweight load, while experienced users can increase the load and perform advanced pull-up, agility, and explosive training.

Why choose GRAVITYGYM instead of resistance bands?

The resistance from a band changes as it stretches. The farther it stretches, the more resistance it provides. During pull-ups or other movements in the air, this makes it hard to repeat the exact same movement each time.

Because the movement changes, the amount of help the band provides also changes. This makes it harder to perform consistent repetitions and track your progress.

Bands can also wear out over time. Repeated stretching can weaken or deform them, changing how much resistance they provide. A worn band may also become a safety risk if it breaks.

GRAVITYGYM lets you select a specific gravity load from 20% to 90% of your bodyweight. You can repeat the same load from one set to the next and adjust it without changing bands or rebuilding your setup.

The moving platform also gives you more freedom to practice grip changes, controlled repetitions, explosive pull-ups, and advanced progressions.

How is GRAVITYGYM different from the counterweight pull-up machine?

A counterweight stack cannot respond instantly when the user changes speed or direction because of inertia. This makes traditional counterweight machines better suited to slow, controlled repetitions than to full-speed ladder jumps, explosive pull-ups, or fast agility movements.

GRAVITYGYM’s platform moves with your body, while the Da Vinci Heel Control Anchors help keep you upright in a full vertical plank position.

GRAVITYGYM changes how much of your bodyweight you lift without removing the challenge of gravity. You still feel gravity’s downward pull, generate your own speed, and control every movement. This gives you greater freedom to perform grip changes, dynamic pull-ups, ladder jumps, explosive exercises, and full-speed agility training.

Is GRAVITYGYM tall enough for ladder and climbing exercises?

Yes. GRAVITYGYM is designed for ladder jumps, climbing drills, and other dynamic movements.

The machine is 95.28 inches (242 cm) high and is designed for users from 5 feet 1 inch to 6 feet 5 inches (155–195 cm).

Ladder and climbing exercises use dynamic body movement and angled reach rather than only a straight vertical pull. A 9-foot (274 cm) ceiling is required, with enough open space around the machine for safe movement.

Does GRAVITYGYM train the main pull-up muscles?

Yes. You create every pulling movement with your back, shoulders, arms, and core.

The platform does not perform the exercise for you. It changes how much of your bodyweight you lift.

The Da Vinci Heel Control Anchors help align your shoulders, hips, and heels in a vertical plank position. This allows your core, glutes, and legs to stabilize your body while your upper body performs the pull.

Increase the gravity load as you become stronger and move progressively closer to full-bodyweight training.

Is GRAVITYGYM suitable for beginners and experienced users?

Yes. Beginners can begin with a lower gravity load to learn the movement and complete controlled repetitions. As strength and confidence improve, the gravity load can be increased gradually.

Experienced users can choose higher loads and add different grips, explosive movements, climbing drills, and agility progressions.

Advanced exercises should be performed only after the user has developed proper technique, strength, and control.

What exercises can I perform on GRAVITYGYM?

GRAVITYGYM can be used for basic, close-grip, wide-grip, mixed-grip, towel-grip, rope-grip, eccentric, archer, tandem, typewriter, around-the-world, plyometric, clapping, and ladder-jump pull-ups.

Compatible accessories can also add ring dips, ring fly movements, cable exercises, squats, and other full-body exercises.

Available exercises depend on the user’s ability, equipment setup, and accessories.

Do I have to use the platform?

No. The platform can be locked using the master safety lock (the orange latch on the platform) for full-bodyweight pull-ups.

How much space does GRAVITYGYM require?

It occupies 16 sq ft of floor space with a 9 ft ceiling.

Leave additional open space around the machine for entry, movement, and advanced exercises.

Can I perform dips on GRAVITYGYM?

Yes. Optional gymnastic rings can be attached to the orange pull-up bar for ring dips, ring fly movements, and other ring exercises.

Gymnastic rings are sold separately.

Can kids use GRAVITYGYM for agility training?

Yes. Children and teens can use GRAVITYGYM if they meet both the recommended weight and height requirements and are supervised at all times by a parent, guardian, or qualified trainer.

The recommended user weight range is 100–309 lb (45–140 kg), and the user height range is 5 ft 1 in–6 ft 5 in (155–195 cm).

The frame is rated for users up to 330 lb (150 kg). Users over 309 lb and up to 330 lb can use only the 35%–90% gravity load range.

Young users should begin with controlled movements and attempt jumps, climbing drills, or other advanced agility exercises only after they have developed proper technique, strength, and body control.
